IAM Account Login

Firstly you will need to navigate to the login page for the IAM account you are going to log in to. If you don’t have the URL but do have an account number you can use the following information to establish the correct login URL.

Enter your IAM username and password, for most Imagicloud managed service customers this will be your email address. If this is the first time you are logging in your temporary password will have been sent to you by email or SMS, you will be prompted to change your password when you first log in.

If you have already configured MFA for your account you will be prompted to enter your code, this will likely come from Google Authenticator on your mobile device.

If you do not have MFA configured you will either be taken to a screen similar to the above, or you will be prompted to change your password.

You're In... what next?

The only thing you’ll be doing inside this account is changing your password, configure CLI access, updating MFA information and heading on to other accounts.

If this is your first time logging in you will need to set up your Multi Factor Authentication device. You can follow this guide to configure your account for MFA.

If you are ready to change to a different account, you can follow this guide.
